Vulnerable Population Coordinator Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Vulnerable Population Coordinator to join our team in West London. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Support Team, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance. You will work closely with the Support Services Manager and other stakeholders to deliver and develop support services, focusing on the needs of vulnerable populations, particularly veterans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care or a related field, with experience in developing and implementing support plans, risk assessments, and move-on plans. They will also be skilled in motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional customer service and promoting independence within the community.

The salary for this role is approximately £36,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in West London. This figure may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Support Team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Developing and implementing effective support plans to meet the needs of vulnerable populations.
  3. Motivating and inspiring staff to deliver outstanding customer service and promote independence within the community.
