At Tower Hamlets Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Service Manager for Vulnerable Populations.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience as an operational team manager and will be responsible for overseeing the Children with Disabilities Service. This includes leadership of the Disabled Children's Outreach Service, Short breaks Coordinator, and Family Link Service.

The Main purpose of the role is to provide operational oversight and support to the SEND improvement board and to chair funding panels across Health and Social Care.

In addition, the Group Manager for Family Support and Child Protection (FSP) will have the overarching responsibility of 5 teams which hold complex statutory cases.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
