Support Worker - Vulnerable Populations

Our client seeks a highly motivated Support Worker to participate in their community outreach initiatives across Hertfordshire.

This part-time role demands a 5-hour weekly commitment across a flexible Monday-Sunday schedule.

Remuneration Information:

The salary for this position spans £24,000 to £28,000 annually.

Key Job Duties:
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships through regular key working sessions and tailored support plans.
  • Delivering personalized services to meet the diverse needs of service users.
  • Responding promptly to resident queries and concerns within the service environment.
  • Collaborating with the recovery coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate the recovery programme.
  • IDentifying and supporting clients in navigating complex care pathways and treatment options.
  • Empowering service users to develop essential life skills and independence.
