Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to lead our laser cutting department and drive business expansion at Elite People. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering business development and be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase laser-cutting sales and expand our customer base.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the Production Team to meet customer requirements within set timelines and quality standards.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible Hours: Manage your own time within 40 hours per week.
- Remote Working: Work primarily from home, with only one day in the office each week.
