We are looking for a Business Growth Associate to join our Inside Sales EU team at Fortrea. This 12-month full-time position is based in the UK and offers remote work options.

The successful candidate will assist Inside Sales Managers in identifying new opportunities, researching potential leads across Europe, preparing outreach for conferences, and managing tools and processes essential to the team's success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Inside Sales Managers in prospecting and lead research
  • Preparing outreach for conferences and events
  • Managing tools and processes to support the sales team

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.

Fortrea offers a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Science, Pharma, Clinical Trials, or Sales and Business Development. A bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
