About the Job

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients on a dedicated basis, covering desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration.

  • Provide effective onsite technical support to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage technical queries in line with company standards and SLAs

">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts
  • Ability to demonstrate IT-related problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support across various technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure, and iOS
  • Experience with deployment technologies such as Intune
  • Mobile phone support for iPhone/iPads
  • VIP support experience
  • Meeting room hardware
