Job Description: As a Support Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship between our client and its customers. Our client, a leading Semiconductor company, has developed a revolutionary 3D metrology technology, based in Oxford. You will provide remote and onsite support to resolve customers' technical problems, ensuring the products perform at the highest level of performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in an electronic-based company, such as semiconductor, scientific instrument, medical device or another high-value instrumentation environment. Additionally, you will have 2+ years' experience working in a product support team or service & repair role and a BSc in an engineering field. The ability to travel to customer sites up to 60% of the time, sometimes at short notice, across Europe, US & Asia is essential. You will commit to an onsite working model, required onsite 5 days a week. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
