Job Summary
Our company, Engineering Recruitment PDQ, seeks a talented Engineering Team Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a seasoned professional, you will drive the development of existing and next-generation nanoscale instrumentation products, focusing on specification, evaluation, and improvement of system performance and architecture.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, and improving design requirements and performance criteria for complex systems. You will also work closely with our team to drive product success, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills and experience in multidisciplinary domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning key elements of the system and sub-systems.
- Defining and maintaining system functionality breakdowns.
- Specifying overall system design and communicating effectively with contributors.
- Working hands-on with equipment to build in-depth understanding and prove performance of implemented designs.
- Supporting applications, manufacturing, and service in fault identification and resolution.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is £85,000 - £110,000 depending on experience.
