About the Job Description

The Onsite Support Engineer will play a critical role in providing technical support to Littlefish's customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be up to £30,000 per annum, based on the national average salary range for similar roles in the UK.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support, problem-solving, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide technical support to Littlefish's customers, addressing issues related to desktop/laptop/printer applications, network administration, and other technical areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical issues, improving our service delivery and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an IT support role, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, including those listed above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
