At Reed Property & Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Expert to join our Empty Homes Property Team in South Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plumber to take on a challenging role and work with a leading housing association that provides quality, affordable homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing repairs and maintenance, with experience working in occupied premises and delivering excellent customer service. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a tool allowance, flexible benefit pot, and company van for business use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks within properties as part of the Empty Homes Team
  • Conduct repairs to domestic plumbing installations
  • Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks, and associated equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in this core trade
  • Experience working in occupied premises with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices
