About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a strong foundation in production engineering with at least 2 years of proven experience.
  • Bring expertise in process optimisation, quality management, and product engineering.
  • Possess technical knowledge in cylinder or heat pump production, with skills in electronics and plumbing as a bonus.
  • Enjoy solving technical challenges and proactively seek creative solutions.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Are data-driven and capable of using analytics to improve production operations.
  • Are excited to contribute to a positive company culture built on values like innovation, customer focus, and ownership.
