Job Description: As an Onsite Equipment Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out general day-to-day maintenance activities across the site. You will plan and implement work schedules, help monitor contractors, and deliver a high level of service, comfort, and safety for users of our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, conduct minor maintenance tasks, and operate the Building Management System.
  • Ensure all service reports and certification are filed centrally and inspection ready.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience of working in a maintenance role, handling multiple projects, and demonstrating professionalism, quality awareness, and an active engagement for high safety standards.

Salary: The salary for this role is £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
