Job Overview

A challenging role has arisen for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Air IT Limited. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to provide exceptional technical support to our clients, primarily utilising Microsoft 365 applications across multiple areas.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving user problems related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Collaborate with second and third-line support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide hybrid working options for a better work-life balance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
