Sales and Assignment Professional

Novax Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales and Assignment Officer to work on a full-time contract basis in Camden. The role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, preferably gained in a local authority environment. Experience in processing Right to Buy Applications, responding to complex correspondence, and preparing RTB legal notices is highly desirable.
Remuneration: £20 per hour (umbrella)
Main Tasks:
- Process Right to Buy Applications
- Respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales
- Prepare RTB legal notices
- Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications
