Assignment & Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Assignment & Sales Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd in Camden. This is a full-time contract position, with the potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have experience in processing Right to Buy Applications, responding to complex correspondence, preparing RTB legal notices, and issuing post RTB sale legal notices. Strong administrative skills, particularly in a local authority setting, are essential.

Payout: £20 per hour (umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Right to Buy Applications
  • Respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales
  • Prepare RTB legal notices
  • Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications
