Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in North West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations, accounting, and facilities management.

The company offers a competitive salary, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the administration team and provide oversight of their work
  2. Manage accounting processes, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, and account reconciliation
  3. Prepare documentation for client review meetings and maintain compliance calendar
  4. Liaise with external suppliers and manage recycling, waste disposal, and shredding
  5. Monitor online access logs and coordinate electronic and written marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the Independent Financial Advisor/Financial Services industry advantageous
