Sales and Assignment Coordinator

CV-Library is currently seeking an experienced Contract Sales Officer to work on a contract basis in Camden / Hybrid (1-2 days in the office).
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of leasehold and RTB legislation, regulations, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £21.50 per hour (umbrella).
Main Responsibilities- Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and review of Home Ownership policies, procedures, and service improvement plans, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Team Management: Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Home Ownership Team, lead inter-departmental working groups, and manage RTB application processes and service charge calculations.
- Policy Advice: Provide policy advice on leasehold and RTB matters, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with internal and external stakeholders, and support customer involvement opportunities.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer feedback, complaints, and service delivery improvements, while promoting customer-focused services and attending meetings with residents.
- Experience: Experience in policy development and leasehold management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to Home Ownership and Right to Buy services.
- Skill: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, monitor performance, and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
