Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, book, and manage all radio airtime campaigns, ensuring they adhere to agency deals and inventory targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about national agency and client spending to identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Support and Analysis: Assist Account Managers and Directors with reporting, and produce and present Post Campaign Analysis for relevant clients.
  • Negotiation: Follow up on proposals with strong negotiation skills to maximize opportunities for both the agency and our company's portfolio.
  • Sales Initiatives: Drive key focus areas and sales initiatives within the radio team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service through the efficient and accurate management of campaign turnarounds.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide agencies with competitor reports, programming updates, RAJAR figures, and respond to ad-hoc requests.
  • Team Support: Offer support to fellow agency hub groups when needed.
