Chief Sales Officer

We are Humanising Autonomy, a pioneering company shaping the future of autonomous technology. We're expanding our team with a seasoned VP of Sales to spearhead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
As our VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories. You will collaborate with our leadership team to align sales goals with company objectives, ensuring seamless execution across product, technology, and market trends.
Sales Leadership and Strategy
- Refine and execute the global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on high-potential markets for our HDAS product.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure alignment with company OKRs, product roadmap, and market developments.
Team Development and Management
- Lead by example and build a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback to leadership, product, customer success, technology, and marketing teams regarding sales insights and field feedback.
Partnership Development
- Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships with System on Chip vendors, distributors, automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology providers to expand market reach and product adoption.
Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Oversee pipeline development and management, ensuring opportunities are rigorously qualified and aligned with sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and implement KPIs to track performance against targets.
Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
