Chief Sales Officer

McGregor Boyall is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through sales strategy and execution for payments and banking solutions across the UK market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B experience in financial services, with a focus on payments and banking solutions.
The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, building relationships with C-level executives, and managing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the UK corporate and institutional sectors and knowledge of payment rails such as BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, and SWIFT.
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum

- Manage and develop high-performing sales teams
- Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and client feedback
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B experience in financial services
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth £1M+
- Knowledge of payment rails
