Job Description:

This role involves overseeing sales efforts, nurturing key industry relationships, and driving business growth. As a Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, positioning the company as a top player in the creative production landscape, and elevating its reputation through award-winning work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Oversee internal sales database systems and processes to drive overall sales growth, own all plans and strategies for talent development, and set annual sales projections in collaboration with the JOJX Sales EP and Agile EP.
  • Client & Market Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key agencies, brands, and platforms, provide insight into talent standing, competitors, demand, and new market opportunities, and create strategies for positioning JOJX and its directors targeting relevant brands and agencies.
  • Director & Talent Development: Maintain consistent communication with all directors to ensure engagement and alignment with ongoing projects, actively contribute to the growth of directors, focusing on unsigned and emerging talent, and identify creative growth opportunities for directors within JOJX and in the broader industry.
  • Digital & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Producers (EPs) to keep the website updated with the latest and most outstanding work from directors and regularly review and update director reels to maintain a strong digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience in the industry.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
