About the Opportunity
Talent Chief Ltd is partnering with a leading global recruitment business based in Central London to find an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of their growing team, you will drive recruitment processes for high-calibre candidates and establish long-term partnerships with clients in the commercial and sales sectors.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-end commercial and sales roles.
- Win new clients through bespoke prospecting campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide valuable market insights to clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the commercial, e-commerce or sales sectors.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment through good-billings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs.
- A proactive, motivated, and self-driven work ethic.
