About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a commercial sales environment. They will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and self-discipline
