Job Summary

Tate Hertfordshire is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations
    • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues within agreed service level agreements
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including updating document templates and system records
    • Process improvement and data analysis to optimize business processes
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the team to develop skills and knowledge to achieve service standards
    • Support the Team Leader in leading process improvement activities

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Full training will be provided in the role
    • Experience in a customer service environment, delivering against set service standards with a focus on quality and customer experience
  • Skills
    • Good analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize work
