Aira is a leading provider of clean energy solutions, dedicated to driving the clean energy revolution. Our team is passionate about creating a sustainable future, and we're looking for a skilled Capacity Allocation Specialist to join our planning and customer service team.

About the Role

The Capacity Allocation Specialist is responsible for effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders.
  • Ensure polite and professional communication at all times.
  • Support Team Leads to find improved ways of working.
  • Manage and coach other Capacity Allocation Specialists in the use of AIRA systems.
  • Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
  • Book materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor team performance and use knowledge and experience to optimize service operations.
  • Implement optimizations and improvements based on forecasts from the central function, and feed back results.
