About the Role

The Customer HSC Support Coordinator is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between our Major Account customers and GAP Group. This role requires a high level of organization and communication skills to manage customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and source equipment to meet customer needs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Construction/Hire industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office packages and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
