Leisure Sales Director

Crest Hotels Limited is a privately owned hotel chain in the UK, known for its unique properties and commitment to true hospitality.
We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the leisure segment of our business. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotels, achieving group revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
The successful candidate will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep us at the forefront of the marketplace. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contacts, developing sales leads, and converting business to ensure there are no missed opportunities.
As a key member of our commercial team, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with our Group Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
This role requires strong demonstrable business development and commercial skills, with excellent communication and time management abilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to effectively communicate with each hotel team and use their own initiative.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £45,000-£65,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including discounted accommodation, food and beverage discounts, and training opportunities.
