Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced UK Sales Manager to lead our clients' sales efforts. You will directly report to the Commercial Director, and the role is focused on driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and developing long-term customer relationships to support business growth.

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  2. Achieve growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in customer accounts.
  4. Introduce new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture target demographics and increase market share.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales and advertising plans to reach new markets and demographics.
  6. Monitor sales performance and suggest operational improvements to drive profit growth.
  7. Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded consistently.
  8. Provide regular KPI and sales performance reports to the Commercial Director.
  9. Adhere to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  2. Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience in data analysis and report generation.
  4. The ability to follow company policies and procedures while working under pressure.
Experience

Prior experience in a similar sales role is essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
