Area Sales Manager Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Identify Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with clients in the holiday park sector.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and develop business across the middle belt of England. As Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding each client's unique needs, and creating impactful strategies to drive product awareness and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular visits, sales data analysis, and effective communication.
  • Sales Strategy Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans to drive product awareness, engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth.
  • Product Showcasing: Hosting client meetings, leading product demonstrations, and representing the brand at trade shows to highlight the quality and value of our products.
  • Market Awareness: Staying up-to-date with market trends and providing valuable insights to the business while ensuring all interactions are recorded in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. Sales Experience: A minimum of [5-7] years' experience in sales, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or home products industry.
  2. Relationship-Focused: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and communication.

The Package:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, along with an uncapped bonus structure that can increase yearly earnings to £75,000 - £80,000 or more. You'll also receive a fully expensed company car, company credit card, laptop, and mobile phone.
