About Business Development Executive Role

As a Business Development Executive at Field Sales Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting premium brands in the on-trade sector through consultative sales processes. Your key objective is to build relationships and educate customers on our portfolio of brands.

You will work closely with clients to deliver return on investment within outlets within your defined geographical territory. Your performance will be measured by your ability to plan, deliver, and exceed quarterly and annual business targets.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,297, plus 15% bonus, and a car allowance of £3000 per annum. You will also receive full training and support to help you reach your potential. Performance-related bonus and holiday accrual with length of service are part of the benefits package.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the on-trade sector, and the ability to work independently.
