Strategic Sales Development Manager

This key role requires a highly motivated individual to drive sales growth and account development for industrial and commercial clients. The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, nurturing positive relationships with clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Set and achieve KPIs, leading by example in sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
