Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to join our team at Kerry Group plc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving market share for our DaVinci Gourmet brand in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and launches.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales teams in the coffee and bakery industries.
- Strong understanding of the coffee and bakery markets, including trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for self-growth and career development in a leading food and nutrition technology company.
