About the Role
As a key member of our team at CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization and make a significant impact.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strategic vision, and exceptional leadership skills to deliver results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, focus on personal growth, and create a culture of excellence by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer retention.
- Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use data and performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills, product knowledge, and team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to post-sales support.
Working Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week). Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
