  1. Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  3. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform our sales strategy.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus commission structure, opportunities for career growth and advancement within PeopleGoal, ongoing training and development programs, and health, dental, and retirement benefits. p>

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
