About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand edyn's presence in the agency sector across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve defined B2B revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and optimize key agency and GDS partnerships to ensure best-in-class account management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Distribution, to develop strategies to grow market share of GDS bookings.
  • Operationalize strategic plans into tangible, sustainable results.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies across organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.

Where You'll Be Working:
