Event Sales Office Manager

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including career development opportunities, staff discount rates, and free meals on duty.
The role involves managing incoming enquires, overseeing event paperwork, and coordinating with hotel departments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and supporting the sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Managing event enquiries from conversion to seamless transition to operations team
- Overseeing all event paperwork and coordinating with hotel departments
- Recognising opportunities to maximise revenue and drive repeat business
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
