Head of UK Retail Sales

Sleepeezee, a leading premium Bed and Mattress manufacturer in the UK, is seeking an experienced sales leader to head our UK Independent Retail Sales arm. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our independent retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and agents to maximize sales revenues and develop long-lasting relationships with independent retail partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
