Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashiering and Sales Floor Support: Provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Processing and Pricing Donations: Sort, price, and process donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).
  • Assisting Customers: Assist customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • No Experience Required: We will train the right person for the job.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $13.00/hour.
  • No Travel Required: This position does not require any travel.
