About the Role:

A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a valued team player, you will be empowered to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
