Senior Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our sales team, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our wide range of tools and accessories.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
