Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products, handling sales transactions, and encouraging customers to participate in company programs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
