About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regular proactive contact with customers to ensure they are fully stocked with products and informed of new offerings. You will deepen your understanding of each customer's market to tailor solutions that best serve their needs.

Key responsibilities include expanding our reach by converting new business opportunities, broadening product offerings for current clients, and consistently growing the new business portfolio year after year.

You will produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets, prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts ensuring alignment, and handle expense reports resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control and promptly address customer complaints.

This role requires a self-starter who brings initiative enthusiasm and a drive for success. A solid educational background, sales experience preferably with product sales, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

You will operate independently with a solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations.
