Job Overview:

We are recruiting a qualified Learning Disability, Children's, or Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients with Learning Disabilities, Children, or Mental Health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients with diagnosed Learning Disabilities or ASD.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments on new referrals and develop tailored care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support to patients at risk.
  • Engage in regular supervision and complete annual performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to deliver seamless care.
  • Develop and deliver awareness training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Support the development of awareness days and workshops within the PCMHT.
  • Participate in Integrated Mental Health Team Referrals meetings to promote a cohesive care approach.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration and 5 years of UK residence necessary.
  • Desirable: Clinical practice development, secure environment experience, degree-level qualification, Nurse Prescriber qualification.

Compensation and Perks:
