Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychological Lead for Community Mental Health, you will play a key role in developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level training in clinical/counselling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuro-psychology. They will also be registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs. This will include:

• Conducting specialist psychological assessments and treatments for individuals with complex mental health needs

• Developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs

• Supervising junior staff members to ensure they are receiving the necessary support and training

• Participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a doctoral level training in clinical/counselling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuro-psychology. You must also be registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) or equivalent.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £62,069 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
