Alcedo Care is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join their team in Chester. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services to clients across the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in care, with a strong background in health and social care. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is also required. In addition, you should be hardworking, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: £14 - £14.50 per hour, paid weekly

\r

In this role, you will work closely with other team leaders to ensure seamless care delivery and provide support to care managers, assessors, and coordinators. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of care workers and evaluating standards of care competence across the workforce.
