About the Role

As a Team Leader with Care UK, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Description
  • Lead and supervise your team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer and record medication accurately, maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, allocating work effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in care planning software.
  • A good understanding of care processes and policies.
  • Ability to administer medication safely and accurately.
