Care UK is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to residents in our homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that the best care plans are created and delivered.

You will be responsible for case managing residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that residents receive person-centred care. Your expertise in administering and recording medication will also be essential in maintaining the highest standards of care.

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and enabling them to live fulfilling lives. You will also be responsible for carrying out risk assessments and working alongside the leadership team to develop services.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who can provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times. If you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and supervise others effectively
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in administering medication or willing to undertake training

In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:
