Job Description: As a Leader in Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality services to our clients, meeting and assessing new service users, completing client reviews and risk assessments, and resolving queries. In addition, you will supervise and mentor field staff, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the safe delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality services to clients
• Meet and assess new service users
• Complete client reviews and risk assessments

• Supervise and mentor field staff
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
• NVQ/QCF L2 and/or L3 diploma in Health and Social Care
• At least 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector
• Full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
