Nursing Team Leader Role

We are looking for a talented Nursing Team Leader to join our NHS practice. As a leader in the nursing team, you will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles and be able to demonstrate their ability to motivate and manage a team. They will also be able to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £44,962 per year (Agenda For Change Band 5/6 equivalent) and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training.
