About the Role

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position in our care homes. As a Senior Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to care staff, supporting residents with complex needs, and striving for clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading by example, you will set high standards for yourself and your team, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care.
  • You will develop and implement tailored care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
  • As a clinical expert, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous learning.
  • You will also be responsible for recruitment and training of new staff, helping to build a cohesive and motivated team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and using clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
